Rebates

Berry Mechanical will fill out and attach required documents for the best possible rebate for your installation. The homeowner will fill in account information, sign, date and mail in the rebate for reimbursement.

There are numerous mail-in rebate incentives available from many larger utility providers for both heating & cooling home improvements. Even some smaller municipal utility companies provide limited high efficiency incentives. We have provided a summary of the major utility company rebate programs below. These tables show the efficiency requirements needed to be awarded a rebate. We start with conventional air conditioners & heat pumps followed by mini-split heat pumps & ending with heating & hot water systems.
